Title: SkyForge Aviation Unveils HL-3500: Heavy-Lift VTOL Drone for Extended Industrial Operations
Date: September 11, 2025
Body:
SkyForge Aviation is excited to announce the introduction of the HL-3500, a next-generation heavy-lift VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) drone engineered for industrial, logistics, and specialized cargo missions.
The HL-3500 boasts a durable carbon fiber composite frame optimized for strength and lightweight performance. Designed to carry up to 3,500 kg maximum take-off weight, the drone provides versatile capabilities for transporting large payloads in complex environments. It features a cruise speed of 252 km/h and an extended range of up to 1,000 km under full-load conditions, ensuring reliability for long-distance industrial operations.
With its VTOL configuration featuring 18 lift rotors (4 tilt rotors) and 2 propulsion units, the HL-3500 can operate in confined or challenging areas, including urban and offshore locations. Its high wind-resistance rating enables safe operations in harsh environmental conditions, while vertical take-off and landing capabilities provide unparalleled flexibility for mission planning.
“The HL-3500 marks a milestone in heavy-lift VTOL technology,” said the CEO of SkyForge Aviation. “We are delivering a drone that combines speed, payload capacity, and operational versatility to meet the demanding requirements of industrial logistics and emergency response.”
The drone supports modular payload attachments, allowing integration of cameras, sensors, and specialized equipment, which makes it suitable for industrial inspection, search and rescue, and other specialized operations.
SkyForge Aviation continues to push the boundaries of unmanned aerial technology, offering innovative solutions for industrial and heavy-lift VTOL applications.
